HOW DO I INSERT MY ÉVE CUP?
Before first use, it is recommended to sterilize it by boiling it in water for a few minutes or in a special sterilizing solution. Always insert it with clean hands. We recommend inserting your Eve cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing. Choose the position that is most comfortable for you and, to facilitate insertion, moisten it with water or use water-based lubricant and follow the steps below. Squeeze the cup in your hand, fold it in half lengthwise, and insert it obliquely towards the bottom, leaving it firmly seated in the vaginal cavity.
HOW DO I GET MY ÈVE CUP?
With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract your vaginal muscles to place the cup against the vaginal entrance. With a finger, check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Squeeze the lower part, releasing pressure until it is removed, and pour its contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with warm water and pH-neutral soap, and store it in the included pouch.
HOW DO I USE MY ÈVE CUP?
Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours at most. The Eve Cup sleeve can be trimmed to fit your needs. Allows extended use of up to 12 hours without emptying.
