INTIMRELAX allows you to exercise and progressively dilate the vaginal canal. At the same time, through small daily exercises, it helps you overcome your fear of penetration. It is composed of three perfectly ergonomically shaped elements of different sizes to palliatively address this condition, which has detrimental effects on sexuality and overall psychological health.
INTIMRELAX should be used with a water-based lubricant to facilitate exercises and at the same time lubricate and hydrate the vaginal mucous membranes.
Petroleum jelly, which can damage the latex of condoms or diaphragms and increase the risk of genital infection, or other oil-based lubricants are absolutely contraindicated.
HOW DO I USE INTIMRELAX?
It involves first applying a little water-based lubricant about the size of a chestnut to the entrance of the vagina and gently massaging for 2 or 3 minutes.
Next, take the smaller INTIMRELAX insert. Apply the same amount of lubricant to the tip. Then, begin gently and gradually pushing it into the vagina. If you notice dryness, you should add lubricant.
You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes, making small back-and-forth movements. It's important to keep in mind that vaginal muscle contraction is adverse, so if it occurs, you should stop the exercise.
The goal is to relax the vaginal area and find the pleasure that accompanies it, so using a very comfortable place to perform the exercises and listening to soft music is recommended.
